Here's the campaign info:
We are looking for the following:
1)  A team of 10 agents that can go live for our outbound campaign - for a pilot period of 5 days.
2)  Ability to dial outbound 7am-6pm Pacific Standard Time into US & Canada
3)  Growth to 50-100 agents in a 90 day time frame.  With 1 Manager/team lead per 10 agents
*  With a great management team on your side, you will be successful!  This is a simple campaign that requires very little other than good English speaking skills.

We will provide everything you need to be successful:
-  Prospect Fuel:  A simple web interface to quickly pull call lists in top verticals
-  List of Top Verticals
-  Leads:  web based CRM that provides the call script with prompts and objection handling
-  5 days of trainings (day 1 is 45 minutes; others 15-20 minutes)
-  Sales Trainer and Manager - ongoing
-  Complete Reporting including call recordings.
-   Quality Control reviews every call
-  X-lite phone system and SIP's. -

Our expectations:
-  Each agent will make a minimum of 200-250 outbound calls per day.
-  Minimum of 8-10 Qualified transfers per agent, per day.

Compensation:
-  $8 per verified transfer  At 300 verified transfers per day/ $9 per.  At 500/ $10 per.
-  Fantastic bonus program!
-  Compensation paid on a daily basis.
 
Here's what we know from doing this exact model for the past 3 years:
If we take an agent and pay by the hour they will typically produce 3-5 qualified lead transfers per day; if we incent them with a Pay for performance model - that same agent will produce 8-10 per day.
Let's look at the math:
If your 30 agents each do the an average of 10 qualified transfers per day:
$2,700 per day (at $9/hr)
$13,500 per week
$702,000 per year.

If you are confident in your call center management capabilities, then being successful on the campaign will not be an issue.   It really all boils down to the quality of management; which of course passes down to the quality of agents.  We are running this campaign currently with 21 other call centers, and all are operating successfully and profitably on our campaign.
